Day 6 to Romania

Nothing yesterday, but today, after hacking away across pretty awful roads that the pickup handled with ease, we finished up in this Hungarian village in Transylvania. A short walk produced this viewpoint and I got our the watercolours for the first time. And of course it started to rain. I perservered though it’s spoiled the picture. Smooth Watman paper. My equipment is basically a battered and rusty old standard black enamelled tin box, and a roll of various brushes, a low seat and no easel. I’ll return to colours later.
